The hotel had a peaceful ambiance and stunning views by the lake, which I really appreciated. While there were a few hiccups like unclear parking directions and some minor cleanliness issues, the welcoming staff and spacious room made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would consider returning!

Reasonably spacious room in tray and had gates.

The room was big size and had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator as pictured in advertising. The location was best possible - adjacent to restaurants and grocery store, Al-Balad, and the water front.

The apartment had basic facilities such as a bidet, a walk-in shower, and terry robes. Some staff members were cooperative and friendly. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the waterfront, a grocery store, and only 2 miles from the Seawall.

The location was particularly good and best possible, in the middle of jackson. I randomly popped in Delicomb serving some pastries, located not very far from the hotel, it was nice.

Great location by the sea, friendly staff, spacious rooms, quick resolution of plumbing issues, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from any decent restaurants nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I checked in. the room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the in, room breakfast was a lovely touch, and the selection of Arabic dishes was a pleasant surprise. the bathroom was spotless, and the check, in experience was smooth and hassle, free thanks to the kind gentleman at the front desk who allowed us to check in early.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation in front of the hotel. Clear directions to the larger parking area at the back would prevent congestion and make the arrival experience smoother.
